BANK BALANCE -- The current bank balance is $4,524.77

SIZZLER SERIES -- There was more discussion regarding the Sizzler Series. The entry fee will be $40/car with $20 of the fee going
directly to the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. We need someone to sponsor the pendants that the winners will receive. Approximate
cost of the pendants -- $150-$180 each. A 2011 Stanley quarter midget car will be raffled off -- we will sell raffle tickets for $5 each.
Also, each racer will receive a raffle ticket, feature winners will receive 30 tickets and the series points winners will each receive 60
raffle tickets. The drawing for the winner of the car will be held on September 3, 2011 at Atlanta Motor Speedway. There was discussion
regarding having a local celebrity or a group of children from Children's Healthcare draw the winning ticket. Members present voted and
it was decided to have a group of children from the charity present to draw the winner. Stevie Garcia volunteered to sponsor the
trophies for this event. JL distributed a flyer that USAC has put together to be posted on our website as well as USAC's website
advertising this event -- the flyer is close to being finalized.

ATLANTA MOTOR SPEEDWAY -- Greg Thomas mentioned he has a meeting at AMS on Thursday regarding MAQMA's representation
at the race at AMS on Saturday, September 3. Everything still looks promising for that.

BARBER MOTOSPORTS PARK -- JL distributed an email from Jason Penix regarding an invitation to our drivers to attend an Indycar
event at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, AL on April 8 - 10. Please contact JL if you are interested in attending this event --
they are offering our drivers discount tickets as well as a meet and greet with some of the Indycar drivers.

ANDRETTI -- Greg Thomas asked if there was any additional talk regarding the event at Andretti's. JL mentioned that Jack Miller has
been in contact with them, but there are currently no plans to reschedule the event. The promotion day that we held there went well
and perhaps we will have another one sometime mid-summer.

FESTIVALS -- Mike Smith mentioned that he attended a festival in Fitzgerald this past weekend and handed out some information to
promote the club and that we should consider doing the same thing at local festivals.

TRACK MEETINGS -- Keith Lankford made a motion to move the track meetings to race day because some members have to drive a
distance to attend the meetings. It was voted on and passed (10-4) that the meetings will now be held on race day. JL subsequently
resigned as President. Bobby Dickerson subsequently resigned as Vice President/Chief Steward and Track Manager. JL made a
motion and Bobby Dickerson seconded the motion that Keith Lankford be the track president. The members voted and the motion was
passed -- Keith Lankford is the new track president. Greg Thomas made a motion to nominate Jack Miller as track vice president
--since Jack Miller wasn't present to accept the nomination it was not voted on. The track meetings will now be held on the first points
race of each month. JL agreed to continue heading up the Sizzler series.
